🍯 Hot Honey Bourbon Bacon Cheese Dip

2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated

½ cup Sour cream or mayonnaise

6 slices Thick-cut bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled (reserve a little for the topping)

2 tbsp Bourbon (your favorite brand)

3 tbsp Hot honey (plus extra for drizzling)

1 tsp Garlic powder

½ tsp Smoked paprika

2 tbsp Fresh chives, finely chopped

Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish or a cast-iron skillet.

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Fold in the sour cream, grated cheddar, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

Add the Flavor: Stir in the cooked bacon crumbles, bourbon, and hot honey, ensuring everything is evenly combined.
