Garlic Cream Steak & Shrimp πŸ₯©πŸ§„πŸ¦πŸ’›

Ingredients:

β€’ 1 ribeye or New York strip steak
β€’ 8–10 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
β€’ 2 tbsp olive oil
β€’ 3 tbsp butter
β€’ 4 cloves garlic, minced
β€’ 1/2 cup heavy cream
β€’ 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
β€’ 1/4 tsp paprika
β€’ Salt & pepper, to taste
β€’ Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

1. Prep & Season the Steak πŸ§‚:
β€’ Let the steak sit at room temperature for 20 mins.
β€’ Season both sides with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of paprika.
2. Sear the Steak πŸ”₯:
β€’ Heat 1 tbsp oil in a hot skillet.
β€’ Sear steak 3–4 mins per side (for medium rare).
β€’ Add 1 tbsp butter and baste steak for an extra 2 mins.
β€’ Remove and let rest.
3. Cook the Shrimp 🍀:
β€’ In the same pan, add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter.
β€’ SautΓ© shrimp for 1–2 mins per side until pink and lightly crisp.
β€’ Remove and set aside.
4. Make the Garlic Cream Sauce πŸ§„πŸ₯£:
β€’ Lower heat, add remaining 1 tbsp butter and minced garlic.
β€’ SautΓ© for 30 seconds until fragrant.
β€’ Add heavy cream, Parmesan, a pinch of paprika, salt, and pepper.
β€’ Simmer until thick and creamy (2–3 mins).
5. Assemble & Serve 🍽️:
β€’ Plate the steak, top with shrimp, and drizzle garlic cream sauce all over.
β€’ Sprinkle fresh parsley on top for that finishing touch.
