Middle Eastern Kofta Kebabs with Salad and Flatbread

For Kofta:
500g ground beef or lamb
1 small onion, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp paprika



Salt & pepper
2 tbsp chopped parsley
For Salad:
Cucumber, sliced
Tomato, sliced
Red onion, thinly sliced
Fresh parsley
Lemon juice & olive oil dressing
Extras:
Flatbread or pita
Tzatziki or garlic yogurt sauce
☑️Instructions:
Mix all kofta ingredients and form into sausage shapes around skewers.
Grill or pan-fry until browned and cooked through.
Toss salad ingredients with lemon juice and olive oil.
