Oven Bang Bang Chicken Recipe 

Ingredients:

• 4 chicken quarters

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise

• 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce

• 1 tablespoons honey

• 2 tablespoon Sriracha sauce

• 1 tablespoon soy sauce

• 1 teaspoon garlic powder

• 1 teaspoon onion powder

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:




• Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

• Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

• In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, honey, Sriracha sauce, and soy sauce until smooth and well combined.

• Place the seasoned chicken on the prepared baking sheet.

• Spoon the bang bang sauce over each chicken , coating them evenly. (reserve a little sauce for afterwards)

• Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is caramelized.

• Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and brush the remaining sauce on top – let it cool for a few minutes.

• Garnish with chopped green onions.

• Serve your delicious oven bang bang chicken hot and enjoy!

Pro Tip: For an extra burst of flavor, marinate the chicken in the bang bang sauce for 30 minutes before baking.
