1Β½ tbsp honey

1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
Β½ tsp toasted sesame oil
1 small garlic clove, grated
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Optional: sliced scallions or chili threads for garnish
Warm pita, sourdough, or crackers for serving
Instructions
As it bakes, the feta turns golden at the edges while the glaze bubbles and caramelizesβresulting in a molten, spicy-sweet masterpiece with a nutty crunch.

Preheat oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F). Place the feta block in a small ovenproof dish or cast iron skillet. Drizzle with olive oil and a few cracks of black pepper.

In a bowl, whisk together gochujang, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and grated garlic.

Spoon the glaze generously over the top of the feta.

Bake for 20β22 minutes, until the feta is soft, edges are golden, and glaze is bubbling.

For an extra char, broil for the final 2 minutesβwatch carefully!

Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and optional scallions or chili threads on top. Serve hot with bread or crackers.
