 Ingredients

– ¼ cup orange juice



– ¼ cup soy sauce

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

– 1 tablespoon lemon juice

– 1 clove garlic, minced

– ½ teaspoon chopped fresh oregano

– ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

– 4 (4-ounce) tuna steaks

  Step-by-Step Method

1. In a large non-reactive dish, combine the orange juice, soy sauce, olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

2. Place the tuna steaks in the marinade, turning to coat. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

3. Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat and lightly oil the grate.



4. Remove the tuna steaks from the marinade, shaking off excess liquid. Reserve the marinade for basting.

5. Grill the tuna steaks for 5 to 6 minutes per side, basting with the reserved marinade until the desired level of doneness is reached. Discard any remaining marinade.
