200g cherry tomatoes π
Β½ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved π«
Β½ lemon, thinly sliced (with peel) π
1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
1Β½ tbsp olive oil
Β½ tsp dried oregano
Freshly ground black pepper
To Finish
1 tbsp fresh oregano or parsley, chopped
Extra olive oil for drizzling
Optional: chili flakes for heat

Preheat & Prep π₯
Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) or heat the BBQ. In a small cast iron skillet or oven-safe dish, place the feta in the center.
