200g cherry tomatoes 🍅
½ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved 🫒
½ lemon, thinly sliced (with peel) 🍋
1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
1½ tbsp olive oil
½ tsp dried oregano
Freshly ground black pepper
To Finish
1 tbsp fresh oregano or parsley, chopped
Extra olive oil for drizzling
Optional: chili flakes for heat

Preheat & Prep 🔥
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat the BBQ. In a small cast iron skillet or oven-safe dish, place the feta in the center.

Around the feta, scatter cherry tomatoes, olives, lemon slices, and garlic. Drizzle everything with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano and cracked black pepper.
