## **Teriyaki Beef & Roasted Carrots Recipe** 🥩🥕

 

Ingrédients:

– **Beef Strips**: Sautéed with teriyaki sauce, garlic, and sesame oil.
– **Vegetables**: Steamed bok choy & snow peas, roasted carrots & bell peppers.
– **Eggs**: Soft-boiled eggs for added richness.
– **Dressing**: Ginger soy dressing for drizzling.

Instructions:


1. **Sauté the Beef**:
– Heat sesame oil in a pan.
– Add beef strips and sauté until browned.
– Stir in minced garlic and teriyaki sauce. Cook until the beef is coated and caramelized. Set aside.

2. **Steam the Vegetables**:
– Steam bok choy and snow peas until tender but still crisp. Set aside.

3. **Roast the Carrots & Bell Peppers**:
– Toss carrots and bell peppers with a little oil, salt, and pepper.
– Roast in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly charred.

4. **Prepare the Soft-Boiled Eggs**:
– Boil eggs for 6-7 minutes for a soft-boiled texture. Peel and set aside.

5. **Assemble the Dish**:
– Plate the sautéed beef, steamed bok choy, snow peas, roasted carrots, and bell peppers.
– Add the soft-boiled eggs on the side.
– Drizzle with ginger soy dressing for extra flavor.

 

#### **Ginger Soy Dressing (Optional Recipe):**
– Mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 tsp honey, and 1 tsp sesame oil. Adjust to taste!
