
Crust:
1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
¼ cup melted butter
Filling:
24 oz cream cheese, softened
¾ cup sugar
½ cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
Zest of 2 oranges
¼ cup orange juice
½ cup melted dark chocolate
Topping (optional):
Whipped cream
Orange zest or slices
Chocolate shavings

Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix crust ingredients, press into a springform pan, and bake 8–10 minutes. Cool.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, vanilla, orange juice, and zest.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
Divide batter: mix melted chocolate into half.
Pour orange batter over crust, then chocolate batter. Swirl gently with a knife.
Bake 50–60 minutes until center is nearly set. Cool and chill 4 hours or overnight.
Top with cream, zest, and chocolate if desired.
