Pepperoni Pizza Bombs 🧀🍕

A fun and delicious appetizer or snack that combines the classic flavors of pizza in a bite-sized, gooey package. Perfect for game day or a cozy night in!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
1/4 cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Optional Add-Ins for Extra Flavor:
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes – Adds a spicy kick.
1/2 tsp dried oregano – Enhances the Italian flavors.
1/4 cup cooked crumbled sausage – For a meaty twist.
1/4 cup chopped bell peppers – Adds a fresh crunch.
Directions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.



Prepare the Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a round disk.
Assemble the Pizza Bombs: Place a spoonful of mozzarella cheese, a few mini pepperoni slices, and a small dollop of pizza sauce in the center of each flattened biscuit. If using, add any optional ingredients for extra flavor. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
Coat and Arrange: Dip each pizza bomb in the garlic butter mixture and place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake the Pizza Bombs: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
