These jumbo pasta shells are filled with a rich mix of savory beef and creamy ricotta, smothered in marinara and melty cheese—perfect for a cozy dinner or make-ahead meal!

Ingredients:
• 20 jumbo pasta shells
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 small onion (finely chopped)
• 2 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping)
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 egg
• 2 cups marinara sauce (homemade or store-bought)
• Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.
4. In a bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, and cooked beef. Mix until creamy and well combined.
5. Fill each cooked pasta shell with about 2 tablespoons of the beef-ricotta mixture.
6. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce in the bottom of the baking dish. Arrange stuffed shells on top.
7. Spoon the remaining sauce over the shells and sprinkle with extra mozzarella cheese.
8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
