Chocolate Coffee Heaven Rolls

Ingredients:
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 cup warm milk (110°F/45°C)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup espresso powder
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk. Let it stand until frothy, about 5 minutes.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle.
Spread softened butter over the dough. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, and chocolate chips.
Roll up the dough tightly and cut into 12 rolls. Place them in a greased baking dish.
Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake rolls for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
