Garlic Pepper Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

1 lb beef (sirloin or ribeye), sliced into strips 🥩

1 tbsp olive oil

1 onion, sliced 🧅

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced 🌶️

3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄

2 tbsp soy sauce 🍶 (or coconut aminos for keto)

1 tbsp oyster sauce 🦪 (optional)

1 tsp black pepper ⚫

1/2 tsp salt 🧂

1/2 tsp sesame oil (optional) 🌿

Instructions:


1️⃣ Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 🫒🔥

2️⃣ Add the beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside. 🥩🍳

3️⃣ In the same pan, sauté onions, bell peppers, and garlic until tender. 🧅🌶️🧄

4️⃣ Return the beef to the pan and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and salt. Mix well. 🍶⚫🧂

5️⃣ Drizzle with sesame oil for extra flavor. 🌿✨
