Slow Cooker French Onion Meatloaf πŸ§…πŸ½οΈ

 

πŸ›’ Ingredients:



2 lbs ground beef

1 packet (1 oz) dry French onion soup mix

1 cup breadcrumbs

2 eggs

Β½ cup milk

1 tsp garlic powder

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Β½ cup ketchup (for topping)

Non-stick spray or foil for lining slow cooker

Prepare the slow cooker: Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick spray or line it with foil for easy cleanup.

Mix the meatloaf: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, French onion soup mix, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, garlic powder, and shredded cheese. Mix until well blended.

Shape and place: Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape and place it in the slow cooker.

Add topping: Spread ketchup evenly over the top of the loaf.

Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until fully cooked (internal temp should reach 160Β°F).

Garnish and serve: Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Delicious with mashed potatoes or steamed veggies!
