Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs Recipe

Ingrédients:

For the Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs:

1 pound of lean ground beef

1 teaspoon of kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon of onion powder

8 ounces of sharp cheddar cheese, cut into bite-sized cubes

12 slices of crispy bacon

Toothpicks (to secure the bacon)

For the Special Dipping Sauce:

1/2 cup of creamy mayonnaise

2 tablespoons of tangy ketchup

2 tablespoons of sweet pickle relish

1 teaspoon of white vinegar

1 teaspoon of granulated sugar

1/4 teaspoon of sea salt

1/4 teaspoon of smoked paprika

Directions:

Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C) for perfectly cooked Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder for a flavor-packed base.

Divide the seasoned beef into 12 even portions, then flatten each into a small patty.

Place a cube of cheddar cheese in the center of each patty, then carefully fold the beef around the cheese to create a sealed ball.

Wrap each beef ball with a slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick to lock in that delicious flavor.
