  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt & pepper

  • Corn kernels

  • Chili flakes or jalapeños
  • Extra cilantro



👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Marinate & Cook the Chicken

Mix honey, lime juice & zest, garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Toss chicken in the marinade and let sit for 15–30 minutes.

2. Prepare the Rice
