Ingrédients:
For the Chicken Skewers:
1 lb (450g) boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cubed
8–10 wooden skewers, soaked in water if grilling
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to heat preference)
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tsp honey
1 tsp lime juice
1 garlic clove, minced
For the Crispy Fries:
3 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into thin fries
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt to taste
